A bold, energy-efficient strategy to bring 100 newly built, HUD Area Median Income (AMI)-priced homes to Palestine, Texas — giving working families a real shot at ownership and the city a wave of new neighborhood investment.

We collaborate with experienced development and construction partners to deliver quality homes — while our job-training participants gain hands-on career experience building them.
